What we collect and why

• The free lookup collects nothing. Your train number is checked in your browser; we don't receive or store it.
• Payment contact detail — only if you buy the optional coffee support payment. It is handled by Creem.io for the receipt, refund, and payment record (legal basis: performance of contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Payment data — processed entirely by our merchant of record (Creem.io); we never see or store your card details.
• Analytics — cookieless, aggregate page counts only. No profiles, no ads, no cross-site tracking.

What we don't do

We don't sell or share your contact detail and we do not use the coffee support payment to opt you into marketing or train alerts.

Retention & your rights

We do not store train-watch subscriptions for the coffee support payment. Request access, correction, or deletion any time: [email protected].

Data processors

Creem.io (payments, as merchant of record), Cloudflare (hosting), Telegram (optional, only if you message the bot yourself), and Resend if we send support or refund email.
